All orders are processed within 2 business days. If we experience any unexpected shipping delays or backorders, you will be notified via email within 24 hours.

Shipping Destinations

We ship exclusively within the continental United States. At this time, we do not ship to Canada, standard P.O. boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping Rates & Speed

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order weight and your distance from our kitchen via live UPS carrier rates.

• Standard Ground (UPS): Prorated carrier rates at checkout.

• 2-Day Express (UPS): Prorated carrier rates at checkout.

• Orders Over $50: Free Standard Ground shipping (calculated on subtotal before tax).
  

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a live tracking link as soon as your package is registered with the carrier.

Taxes & Fees

Any local sales taxes or local fees applied during checkout are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Damages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact our support team or the carrier directly to file a claim. Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods during the review process.
