Processing & Delivery

Orders ship within 1–2 business days. If we experience any unexpected delays or backorders, we will let you know by email.

Shipping Destinations

We ship within the lower 48 United States. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, Canada or other international destinations, P.O. boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping Rates

We charge a flat shipping rate per order, no matter how many bottles you buy.

• California: $8.95
• Rest of the lower 48 states: $10.95

Larger orders may ship in more than one package at no additional charge.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your package is registered with the carrier.

Taxes & Fees

Any applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at info@pikklepuss.com right away. Please keep all packaging materials and damaged goods until your claim has been resolved. See our Refund Policy for details.
