Refund policy

Returns: Due to the artisanal, consumable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns.

Damages & Issues: We take great pride in the quality of our small-batch shrubs and mixers. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at info@pikklepuss.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work with you to resolve it.

Please save all packaging material and damaged goods until we have resolved your claim.

Refunds & Exchanges: Because we cannot accept returns for food products, we do not offer exchanges or refunds due to change-of-mind purchases. If a replacement or refund is approved because of damage or defect, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
